Through his private practice Paul Rosenzweig provides advice on a range of legal issues relating to national security, cybersecurity and new technology. His legal work is at the cutting edge of the law, reflected in his service on both the American Bar Association Cybersecurity Legal Task Force and Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and the law.

Recent client engagements have included:

• • Advice on the application of Fourth Amendment protections to novel communications technologies;
  • Examination of the legal and technical issues relating to forced decryption access in communications technologies; and
  • Service as a Special Advocate to the Data Protection Review Court, examining classified U.S. Government interception technologies and their impacts on global privacy concerns.
