Paul Rosenzweig, is the Resident Senior Fellow for Cybersecurity and Emerging Threats at The R Street Institute, a teacher at George Washington University School of Law, and he manages a cybersecurity firm called Red Branch Consulting. He says the most surprising thing about the Capitol riot was the failure of government to be responsive and prepared for the level & degree of violence. But he outlines four reasons why it happened.
