Attached here is the Whitehouse-Kyl compromise language for replacing Title I of the Lieberman-Collins Cybersecurity Act of 2012. I haven’t read it fully yet and may have more analysis on Monday, but at first glance I’m not sure it is much of change in substance, though a clear change in style. One major CAVEAT: I’m told that negotiations continue over the weekend — and there is clearly much bracketed language even in this text. “Your final text may vary …”
